Kentucky Mule

Ingredients
1-1/2 ounces bourbon
1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice (~ 1 lime)
4 to 6 ounces of good quality ginger beer
Fresh mint and lime wheel (for garnish)
Instructions
Fill a copper mug (or rocks glass ) with crushed ice (cubes will work as well).
Add bourbon and lime juice and stir.
Top with ginger beer and stir.
Garnish with fresh mint and a lime wheel.
Notes
* Be sure to use ginger beer and not ginger ale.
* I used
Q Light Ginger Beer
and it was just the right flavor.
